CRRC Sifang has established a complete product design, test&verification and inspection system supported by its four national level R&D and test organizations as the National Engineering Laboratory for High-speed Train, the National Engineering Research Center for High-speed EMU, the National R&D Center, the Post-doctoral Scientific Research Programme, as well as the Metrology and Inspection Center certified by China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories.
